1 Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Collins Street in Arlington

One Killed in Arlington Pedestrian Accident on Collins Street near East Lamar Boulevard

Arlington, Texas (July 17, 2021) – According to the police, a pedestrian was killed Friday morning in a hit-and-run crash in Arlington.

The deadly accident happened on July 16, in the 2100 block of Collins Street near East Lamar Boulevard.

Police said a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle that then fled the scene after the accident.

The victim was found lying near the road and was taken to the hospital, where they later died. Their identity has not been released.

The police are looking for the suspect.
