1 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-35 in Georgetown

One Killed in Georgetown Four-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 35 near CR 146

Georgetown, Texas (June 19, 2020) – One person was killed Friday morning in a multi-vehicle crash in Georgetown, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The fatal crash happened around 7:00 a.m. in the 7400 block of southbound Interstate 35 near County Road 146.

DPS said the crash involved four vehicles, including an 18-wheeler.

One person was killed in the crash. The victim’s identity has not been disclosed.

The crash closed the southbound lanes of Interstate 35.

The crash remains under investigation.
