One Killed in South Austin Pedestrian Accident on Ben White Boulevard

Austin, Texas (February 8, 2021) – One person was killed in a pedestrian accident on Sunday in South Austin, a local news source reported.

The deadly accident happened on February 7, in the 1800 to 1900 block of W. Ben White Boulevard.

According to the report, a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in westbound service road lanes.

The victim, an adult, was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim’s identity has not been released.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators.

An investigation into the accident is underway.
