Dallas, Texas (May 1, 2020) – A 46-year-old woman was killed Thursday night in a three-vehicle crash at a southeast Oak Cliff intersection, according to police.

The fatal crash took place around 11:15 p.m. April 30, at the intersection of Simpson Stuart Road and Bonnie View Road.

Police said a Chevy Tahoe was traveling southbound on Bonnie View Road when it struck the driver’s side of a Dodge Neon which was heading eastbound on Simpson Stuart Road.

The force of the impact caused both vehicles to hit a Toyota minivan in the left turn lane on northbound Bonnie View Road.

The Neon driver, a 46-year-old woman, was taken to a local hospital where she later died. Her name has not been released.

The Toyota driver and the Chevy driver were uninjured in the crash.

The Dallas Police Department is investigating the crash.

We pass our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.

Common Causes of Automobile Accidents

While there are many causes of car accidents, the most common reasons of driver negligence include driver inattention; cell phone use; texting and driving; speeding; fatigue; failure to yield the right of way from a stop sign or private drive; running a red light; and driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs,” Attorney Joel A. Gordon said. Mr. Gordon believes that an independent investigation is important. An Attorney will help obtain the crash report, secure accident photos, interview witnesses, and create a claim.
