One Killed in Castle Hills Three-Vehicle Crash on Loop 410 at Honeysuckle Lane

Castle Hills, Texas (August 29, 2021) – According to the police, one person was killed early Sunday morning in a wrong-way crash in Castle Hills.

The fatal crash happened just after 2:30 a.m. on NW Loop 410 and Honeysuckle Lane.

Police said a silver car was traveling the wrong way on NW Loop 410 when it crashed head-on into a pickup truck. A third vehicle tried to avoid the crash, but it also hit the pickup truck.

The wrong-way driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

A man in the pickup was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The two men in the third vehicle were uninjured in the crash.

The crash closed Loop 410, but it has since been reopened.

The police are investigating the crash.
