1 Seriously Injured in DWI Crash at SH 289 and Ballou Road in Grayson County; Brandi Branson Arrested

One Seriously Injured in Grayson County Two-Vehicle Crash at State Highway 289 and Ballou Road; Brandi Branson Arrested

Grayson County, Texas – One person was seriously injured and another was arrested following a Thursday night head-on collision in Grayson County, according to the Texas DPS.

The crash happened on February 1, on State Highway 289 and Ballou Road, near Dorchester.

DPS said Brandi Branson was driving while intoxicated when she crossed the center line and crashed head-on into another vehicle.

The other driver was taken to Texoma Medical Center in critical condition.

Branson was arrested on DWI and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

The crash remains under investigation.
