One Seriously Injured in North Austin Car Crash on Mopac

Austin, Texas (August 21, 2022) – One person was seriously injured early Sunday morning in a pin-in collision in North Austin, according to a local news source.

The crash was reported around 2:06 a.m., on the ramp from Parmer Lane to Mopac Southbound.

According to the report, the exact number of the vehicles involved in the crash was not mentioned, but one of them rolled over after the collision.

The driver of the vehicle that had rolled over was pinned in their vehicle and had to be extricated. That driver was taken to St. David’s Round Rock with serious injuries.

No other information was immediately available.

The crash remains under investigation.
