Two Hurt in Lubbock Car Accident on U.S. Highways 68/62

Lubbock, Texas (July 14, 2019) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle collision on Saturday afternoon in Lubbock, according to the authorities,

The incident took place at about 1:45 p.m. Saturday, July 13, in the 900 block of U.S. Highways 68/62.

Police said an SUV and a motorcycle were involved. The two collided in the westbound lanes of the highway.

Both drivers were taken to University Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
