Two Injured in Lubbock Crash at 19th Street and Chicago Avenue

Lubbock, Texas (November 1, 2019) – Two people were injured Thursday afternoon in a traffic collision involving a strange vehicle at a Lubbock intersection, a local news source reported.

The crash took place just before 3:00 p.m. on October 31, in the area of 19th Street and Chicago Avenue.

As per the report, an odd, yellow vehicle was involved in a collision with a white passenger car at the intersection.

Police said the vehicle is a licensed, street-legal vehicle. Persons familiar with the owner of the vehicle say it is a three-wheeled motorcycle outfitted to look like an airplane.

Two people sustained non-life threatening injuries in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
