Two Injured in Bergheim Head-On Crash on State Highway 46

Bergheim, Texas (February 5, 2019) – Two People were injured in a head-on collision near Bergheim on Monday evening, according to the Bergheim Fire Volunteer Department.
The incident occurred in the 500 block of E. State Highway 46 on Monday, February 4.
Firefighters responded to the incident and used the jaws of life to rescue one trapped driver.
Both drivers sustained serious injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment. The injuries were not considered life-threatening.
The authorities are investigating the collision.
