Lubbock, Texas (June 29, 2023) – Two people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Wednesday evening in Lubbock, according to a police report.

The wreck was reported shortly after 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 28, in the 5700 block of 50th Street.

As per the police report, two vehicles collided on 50th Street in unclear circumstances.

Two people sustained moderate injuries in the crash.

Police closed the road as they worked to clear the crash. Drivers were asked to seek alternate routes.

The crash remains under investigation.
