2 Killed in Hit-and-Run on Rigsby Avenue in San Antonio

Two Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident on Rigsby Avenue 

San Antonio, Texas (December 17, 2022) – Two people were killed on Friday in a hit-and-run accident in San Antonio, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened just before midnight, December 16, in the 2700 block of Rigsby Avenue near Comanche Park.

Police said a vehicle was traveling eastbound when it struck two people who were crossing the street in a designated crosswalk.

A female ranging from the age of 17 to 20 was pronounced dead at the scene. A 17-year-old boy was taken to the hospital, where he later died. The identities of the victims have not been released.

The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the accident, and the authorities are looking for them.

The police are investigating the crash.
