2 Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on I-10 in Beaumont

Two Killed in Beaumont Multi-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 10 at FM 365

Beaumont, Texas (September 21, 2021) – Two people were killed, and several others were injured Monday night in a multi-vehicle crash in Beaumont, according to the Texas DPS.

The deadly accident happened just after 8:00 p.m., September 20, on Interstate 10 eastbound at FM 365.  

DPS said a black car was traveling eastbound on the interstate when it traveled through the median and hit a van.

The passenger of the black car and a backseat passenger of the van were killed in the crash.

The black car driver and the six other people in the van were taken to local hospitals for treatment.

One of the passengers of the van was airlifted to a Houston Hospital.

The identities of the victims have not been released.

The crash closed the eastbound lanes of the interstate.

The crash remains under investigation.
