Two Men and One Woman Killed in Dallas Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 30 near Lawnview Avenue
Dallas, Texas (April 18, 2019) – Two men and a woman were killed in a two-vehicle crash early Wednesday morning in Dallas, authorities said.
The fatal crash occurred at about 2:20 a.m. April 17, on Interstate 30 near Lawnview Avenue.
Authorities said the men and the woman were traveling in a Cadillac at a high rate of speed when the car hit the center median strip before crashing into a big rig. The impact caused the truck driver to lose control, hit a concrete barrier, and overturn. The Cadillac also hit the concrete barrier and caught on fire.
All the three victims in the Cadillac were killed in the crash.
The two people who were traveling in the truck were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
An investigation is ongoing.
