2 Pedestrians Killed in Hit-and-Run on NW Loop 820 in Fort Worth

Two Killed in Fort Worth Pedestrian Accident on NW Loop 820 near Marine Creek Parkway

Fort Worth, Texas (October 9, 2022) – Two pedestrians were killed early Saturday morning in a hit-and-run accident in Fort Worth, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 3:45 a.m., October 8, in the westbound lanes of NW Loop 820 near Marine Creek Parkway.

Police said two pedestrians were hit by a vehicle on the highway.

The driver fled the scene on foot.

One of the pedestrians was pronounced dead at the scene. The other victim was taken to the hospital, where they later died. Their identities have not been released.

The accident closed the westbound lanes of the highway for about four hours.

The police are investigating the crash.
