3 Injured in T-Bone Collision on S General McMullen in San Antonio

Three Hospitalized after San Antonio Crash on S General McMullen near Castroville Road

San Antonio, Texas (April 9, 2023) – Three people were hospitalized after a traffic accident early Sunday morning in San Antonio, according to the San Antonio Police Department.

The wreck happened at about 12:30 a.m. in the 1000 block of S. General McMullen near Castroville Road.

San Antonio police said a car exited the parking lot of an Auto Zone and t-boned an SUV.

Three patients were transported to University Hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the car, who was not injured, was arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of DUI.

Further details regarding the collision were immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
