2 Seriously Injured in 2-Vehicle Crash at Cable Ranch and Marbach Roads in San Antonio

Two Hospitalized after San Antonio 2-Vehicle Crash at Cable Ranch Road and Marbach Road

San Antonio, Texas (June 22, 2019) – Two people were injured Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened at about 4:30 p.m. June 21, in the area of Cable Ranch Road and Marbach Road.

Police said the driver of a four-door silver Volkswagen Jetta was heading southbound on Cable Ranch Road when they veered into oncoming traffic and was struck by a Ford pickup which was heading westbound on Marbach Road.

A male teenager in the Jetta was ejected from the car. He was taken to University Hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The Ford driver was also taken to University Hospital with serious injuries.

Three other people in the Jetta didn’t require transportation.

The crash remains under investigation.
