Rasha Kendrick Killed in Killeen Pedestrian Accident on East Central Texas Expressway

Killeen, Texas (May 3, 2023) – A woman was killed early Monday morning in a hit-and-run accident in Killeen, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 12:30 a.m., May 1, in the 4600 block of East Central Texas Expressway.

Police said 48-year-old Rasha Kendrick entered the outside lane and was struck by an eastbound Infinity Sedan. A red or orange Dodge Journey also hit her.

Kendrick was taken to Seton Medical Center Harker Heights in critical condition, where she later died.

The Infinity driver stopped to help Kendrick, but the other driver fled the scene.

The police are looking for the suspect.
