Four Injured in Harris County Two-Vehicle Crash at FM 1960 and Wunderlich Drive

Harris County, Texas (November 17, 2022) – Four people were injured early Wednesday morning in a head-on crash involving a stolen car in Harris County, according to the deputies.

The crash happened on November 16, in the area of FM 1960 and Wunderlich Drive.

Deputies said a car thief was trying to escape deputies in a stolen car when he was involved in a head-on collision with another vehicle.

The driver of the stolen vehicle, his two passengers, and the driver of the other car were taken to the hospital for treatment. 

The driver of the stolen vehicle had serious injuries. He had a felony warrant for auto theft and is facing charges of reckless aggravated assault with a deadly weapon with serious bodily injury and felony evading.

An investigation is ongoing.
