2 Women Injured After Hitting Parked Car on Bending Crest in San Antonio

Two Women Hospitalized after San Antonio Crash on Bending Crest near New World Drive

San Antonio, Texas (August 12, 2022) – Two women were hospitalized after their vehicle struck a parked car early Friday morning in San Antonio, according to authorities.

The wreck happened at about 3:00 a.m. in the 9400 block of Bending Crest near New World Drive and Crestway Drive, just outside the Windcrest city limits.

Authorities said a vehicle, occupied by two women, was traveling on Bending Crest when, for an unknown reason, it struck a parked car. The vehicle then overturned, trapping the two women.

The women, believed to be in their late 30s or early 40s, were extricated from the wreckage by emergency responders. They were both transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Further details regarding the crash were not immediately provided.

The crash remains under investigation.
