20-Year-Old Man Killed in San Antonio Pedestrian Accident at Roosevelt Avenue and East Mitchell

San Antonio, Texas (August 24, 2023) – A 20-year-old man was struck and killed by a train Tuesday afternoon in San Antonio, according to the authorities.

The deadly accident happened around 3:30 p.m., August 22, in the area of Roosevelt Avenue and East Mitchell.

Authorities said the man was not at a railroad crossing when he was struck by a train.

The man was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

No one on the train was injured in the crash.

An investigation is underway.
