27-Year-Old Man Injured in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on US 90

San Antonio, Texas (April 17, 2023) – A 27-year-old man was injured Saturday evening in a two-vehicle crash in San Antonio, according to the police.

The crash happened just after 7:00 p.m., April 15, in the 6300 block of US 90 W.

Police said the man was driving a black 2006 Cadillac westbound when he changed lanes and crashed into a red 2021 Toyota Sienna.

Both drivers lost control of their vehicles and went into the median and over the guardrail.

The Cadillac rolled over several times.

The Cadillac driver was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, where he was listed in critical condition.

No other injuries were reported in the crash.

The crash remains under investigation.
