28-Year-Old Man Killed in Head-On Crash on Bob Bullock Loop in Laredo

28-Year-Old Man Killed in Laredo Two-Vehicle Crash on Bob Bullock Loop near Best Western

Laredo, Texas (May 9, 2022) – A man was killed on Mother’s Day in a head-on collision in Laredo, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 2:00 a.m., May 8, in the 300 block of Bob Bullock Loop, just west of the Best Western next to Doctors Hospital.

Police said a black Jeep Cherokee was traveling westbound on the wrong way down the one-way road when it collided head-on with an eastbound tractor-trailer that was traveling without a trailer.

The Jeep driver, a 28-year-old man, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The two passengers in the truck were uninjured in the crash. The driver showed no signs of intoxication.

The police are investigating the crash.
