Man Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident at Harwin Drive and Boone Road

Houston, Texas (February 16, 2022) – A man was killed Tuesday night in a hit-and-run accident in west Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident occurred around 11:30 p.m., February 15, in the area of Harwin Drive and Boone Road. 

Police said the man was struck by a vehicle at the intersection.

The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

The man was killed in the crash. His name has not been released.

The involved vehicle was described as a dark-colored Chevrolet Tahoe or Suburban.

The police are investigating the crash. Anyone with any information about the accident is asked to call HPD’s non-emergency number at 713-884-3131 and ask for the Vehicular Crimes Unit.
