Three Injured in Austin Multi-Vehicle Crash on Dessau Road at East Parmer Lane

Austin, Texas (May 19, 2021) – Three people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Austin, according to officials.

The crash was reported around 1:51 p.m., May 17, on Dessau Road at East Parmer Lane.

Officials said multiple vehicles were involved in the collision.

One person was pinned in one of the vehicles and was unconscious. The victim was extricated and taken to a Round Rock hospital with critical, life-threatening injuries.

Another victim was taken to a local hospital with potentially serious injuries.

A third victim was taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash closed multiple lanes on Dessau Road at East Parmer Lane.

The crash remains under investigation.
