Three Injured in San Antonio Multi-Vehicle Crash on Loop 1604

San Antonio, Texas (April 13, 2021) – Three people were injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Monday in San Antonio’s northwest side, according to a local news source.

The crash occurred on April 12, on Loop 1604 near N.W. Military Highway.

According to the report, a big rig rear-ended a pickup truck on the highway. At least three other personal vehicles were involved in the crash.

One of the vehicles flipped over after the crash.

Three people were taken to the hospital for treatment. One of the victims had serious injuries.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
