3 Hospitalized after San Antonio Car Accident on Loop 1604 near Gold Canyon Road

San Antonio, Texas (June 27, 2019) – Three people were injured Wednesday night in a multi-vehicle crash in San Antonio, according to a local news source.

The accident happened on Loop 1604 near Gold Canyon Road Wednesday, June 26.

Authorities said a U-Haul truck rear-ended a car in front of it on Loop 1604. Three other vehicles were also involved in the crash.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and extricated a person in the car that was hit from behind by the U-Haul.

The freed person and two other people were transported to a hospital with unspecified injuries. Their names and current condition were not disclosed.

An investigation into the crash is underway.
