Four Injured in Gun Barrel City Multi-Vehicle Crash on East Main Street

Gun Barrel City, Texas (August 24, 2023) – Four people were injured on Tuesday in a multi-vehicle crash in Gun Barrel City, according to the authorities.

The crash happened on August 22, in the 1400 block of East Main Street.

Authorities said multiple vehicles were involved in the crash. The force of the impact caused one vehicle to roll over several times, ending up off the roadway.

Two people were airlifted to the hospital for treatment. Two other people were taken to a Tyler hospital for treatment.

The crash closed the street for over an hour.

The crash remains under investigation.
