40-Year-Old Man Killed in Port Arthur Pedestrian Accident on Highway 365

Port Arthur, Texas (December 16, 2021) – A 40-year-old man was killed in a pedestrian accident early Tuesday morning in Port Arthur, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 5:30 a.m., December 14, in the 2000 block of Highway 365.

Police said a truck driver was on his way to work when he struck the man who was on the highway.

The man, a Port Arthur resident, was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with the investigators.

The Port Arthur Police Department is investigating the crash.
