43-Year-Old Man Hit, Killed by Vehicle on MLK Blvd in Houston

43-Year-Old Man Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Martin Luther King Boulevard

Houston, Texas (November 21, 2023) – A 43-year-old man was hit and killed by a vehicle Monday evening in Houston, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 6:05 p.m., November 20, in the 6900 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard.

Police said the man was walking westbound across the street, outside of a crosswalk, when he was struck by a southbound blue Toyota Camry.

The man was taken to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. His name has not been released.

The Toyota driver, an 82-year-old man, was determined not to be impaired and was questioned and released.

The police are investigating the crash.
