Five Injured in Garland Two-Vehicle Crash on Interstate Loop 635

Garland, Texas (September 14, 2020) – Five people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Sunday evening in Garland, according to police.

The crash happened at about 5:08 p.m., September 13, on Interstate Loop 635, between McCree Road and Jupiter Road.

Police said a blue Lexus moved from the far right lane to the far left lane and rear-ended a red pickup truck.

The impact caused the pickup to flip over.

Two people in the pickup were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Two other people in the pickup and the Lexus driver were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
