51-Year-Old Woman Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash on North 11th Street in Beaumont

51-Year-Old Woman Killed in Beaumont Four-Vehicle Crash on North 11th Street near Luby’s

Beaumont, Texas (April 16, 2021) – A 51-year-old Beaumont woman was killed Thursday afternoon in a multi-vehicle crash in Beaumont, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 4:00 p.m., April 15, on North 11th Street near Luby’s.

Police said a 16-year-old was driving a maroon pickup truck at a high rate of speed when they ran a red light and hit a silver Chevrolet HHR.

A 51-year-old Beaumont woman who was a passenger in the Chevrolet was killed in the crash. Her name has not been released.

All other involved people sustained minor injuries.

The crash remains under investigation.
