7-Year-Old Girl Injured in Rowlett Pedestrian Accident on Battle Creek Drive

Rowlett, Texas (February 23, 2021) – A 7-year-old girl was injured Wednesday evening in a hit-and-run crash in Rowlett, according to police.

The accident occurred around 5:07 p.m., February 17, in the 7000 block of Battle Creek Drive.

Police said the girl was playing in the snow when she was struck by a Jeep.

The Jeep fled the scene after the accident.

The girl was treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to a local hospital by her parents.

The police are looking for the vehicle which is described as a white Jeep Cherokee with tinted windows.
