Four Injured in Laredo Two-Vehicle Crash at Texas 359 and EG Ranch Road

Laredo, Texas (December 16, 2021) – Four people were injured Tuesday morning in a two-vehicle crash in east Laredo, according to the police.

The crash was reported around 8:00 a.m., December 14, at the intersection of Texas 359 and EG Ranch Road.

Authorities said a Mazda Tribute and a tractor-trailer collided at the intersection.

A man in his 30s and a 5-year-old girl were taken to Laredo Medical Center in critical condition. The girl was later airlifted to a San Antonio hospital. Two boys, ages 1 and 2, were also taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The Mazda driver was identified as Anthony Vela, 31, while the 18-wheeler driver was identified as Jesus Sepulveda Cazares, 64.

The crash remains under investigation.
