Raylene Cleburn Killed in Pedestrian Accident on Nolan Road in Baytown

38-Year-Old Raylene Cleburn Killed in Baytown Pedestrian Accident on Nolan Road at Lanier

Baytown, Texas (March 6, 2020) – A woman was killed Tuesday night in a pedestrian accident in Baytown, according to the police.

The accident was reported around 7:16 p.m., March 3, at the intersection of Lanier and Nolan Road.

Police said Raylene Cleburn, 38, of Baytown, was walking in the roadway when she was hit by a northbound newer model Nissan Xterra driven by a 17-year-old female.

The driver stopped immediately and called 911. She said she didn’t see Cleburn, who was wearing dark clothing, and the roadway was dimly lit.

Cleburn was declared dead at the scene.

An investigation is underway.
