Adam Proa ID’d as Man Killed in Dublin Crash on State Highway 6

Dublin, Texas (September 4, 2019) – The man who was killed Monday night in a head-on collision in Dublin has been identified as Adam Cody Proa, according to authorities.

The accident happened just before 10:00 p.m. Monday, September 2 on State Highway 6.

The authorities said Proa was driving a 2013 GMC Terrain on State Highway 6 when for as of yet to be determined reasons, his GMC collided head-on with a Freightliner truck-tractor operated by Mario Alfaro, 36.

Proa was pronounced dead at the scene.

Alfaro was transported to a local hospital with major injuries.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
