Raye Wilson ID’d as Motorcyclist Killed in Houston Crash on South Freeway

Houston, Texas (August 27, 2019) – The authorities have identified the motorcyclist who was killed Saturday night in a traffic accident in Houston as Raye Wilson, 31.

The deadly accident happened at about 10:30 p.m. Saturday, August 24 on the South Freeway.

According to the authorities, Wilson was riding with her friend, Kay Abbas, on the South Freeway when a Suburban or a Tahoe hit them.

Wilson was ejected from the bike upon the impact and died at the scene. Abbas suffered a few scratches.

The driver of the vehicle involved did stop to render aid to the victims and fled the scene.

Authorities are investigating the crash.
