Arturo Sida Killed in San Antonio Two-Vehicle Crash on FM 78 near Lakeview Drive

San Antonio, Texas (March 13, 2022) – A man was killed early Thursday morning in a wrong-way crash in San Antonio’s Northeast Side, according to the police.

The fatal crash happened around 2:30 a.m., March 10 on FM 78 near Lakeview Drive.

Police said Arturo Sida, 29, was driving a small sedan on the wrong side of the highway when he crashed head-on into another car.

Sida was pronounced dead at the scene.

The other driver, a female, was taken to Brooke Army Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
