At Least 1 Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on SPID in Corpus Christi

At Least One Injured in Corpus Christi Multi-Vehicle Crash on SPID near Airline Road

Corpus Christi, Texas (November 10, 2021) – At least one person was injured Monday afternoon in a multi-vehicle crash in Corpus Christi, according to the police.

The crash happened just after 2:30 p.m., November 8, on SPID near Airline Road.

Police said a vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when it clipped two other cars and landed in the parking lot, where it flipped and struck several other vehicles.

At least one person was taken to the hospital in serious-critical condition.

An infant who was involved in the crash was taken to the hospital.

The crash closed the 5900 block of SPID WB at Airline.

An investigation is underway.
