Man Hospitalized after Leon Valley Bicycle Crash on Bandera Road

Leon Valley, Texas (March 13, 2019) – A man riding a bike was struck and injured by a vehicle in Lower Valley on Tuesday night.
According to police, the collision happened in the 7800 block of Bandera Road near Eckert Road on Tuesday, March 12.
It’s unclear how the rider was hit.
Police said the man was alert when he was being taken to a hospital by ambulance.
The driver of the SUV involved in the crash remained at the scene and rendered aid to the injured rider.
The identities of the parties involved were not released.
Police are investigating to find out the cause of the accident.
