Bicyclist Killed in Hit-and-Run on Crosby Lynchburg Road in Harris County

Man Killed in East Harris County Bicycle Accident on Crosby Lynchburg Road

Harris County, Texas (October 17, 2023) – According to the deputies, a bicyclist was killed Sunday night in a hit-and-run crash in East Harris County.

The deadly accident happened around 11:00 p.m., October 15, in the 12800 block of Crosby Lynchburg Road.

Deputies said a man was riding his bicycle northbound when he was rear-ended by a vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene after the accident.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene. His name has not been released.

The suspect vehicle was described as a dark-colored truck or van.

The authorities are investigating the crash.
