Person Injured in Lubbock Bicycle Accident on 27th Street and Avenue Q

Lubbock, Texas (March 5, 2019) – A bicyclist was struck and injured by a vehicle on Monday evening in Lubbock.
According to the authorities, the incident occurred at the intersection of 2600 Avenue Q and 27th Street at about 9 p.m. on Monday, March 4.
Police said a person was riding a bicycle when they were hit by a car.
The victim was rushed to UMC with serious injuries.
The identities of the parties involved were not immediately released.
The crash remains under investigation.
