Child Injured in SW Houston Pedestrian Accident on Fondren Road 

Houston, Texas (July 21, 2021) – According to the police, a child was hit by a vehicle on Tuesday in southwest Houston.

The accident happened around 8:30 p.m., on July 20, in the 11315 block of Fondren Road.

Police said the child was grazed by a vehicle on the roadway.

The child was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.

One person was detained after the accident.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the crash.
