11-Year-Old Girl Injured in Corpus Christi Pedestrian Accident on Texan Trail

Corpus Christi, Texas (August 29, 2019) – A 11-year-old girl was injured after being struck by a a bus Wednesday in Corpus Christi, according to a local news source.

The accident happened on Texan Trail Wednesday, August 28.

As per the local news source report, the girl was crossing Texan Trail when for reasons still under investigations, she was hit by a school bus, which was passing in the lane.

Emergency crews responded to the scene and rendered aid to the girl who sustained injuries as a result of the crash. The victim was then taken to a local hospital for further treatment.

No further information about the crash was immediately given.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
