Alejandro Campos Killed in Houston Pedestrian Accident on Robertson Street

Houston, Texas (January 23, 2021) – An 89-year-old man was killed in a hit-and-run crash on Sunday, January 10, in Houston, according to police.

The deadly accident happened around 6:10 p.m. in the 3500 block of Robertson Street.

Police said Alejandro Campos, 89, “Polly,” was walking on the street when he was struck by a silver truck.

The driver of the truck got out of her vehicle, checked on Campos but later got back into her vehicle and fled the scene.

Campos was taken to the hospital, where he later died.
