Child Injured in College Station Bicycle Accident at Victoria Avenue and Rock Prairie Road

College Station, Texas (October 1, 2021) – According to the police, a child was injured Thursday morning in a bicycle accident in College Station.

The accident happened around 7:20 a.m., September 30, at the intersection of Victoria Avenue and Rock Prairie Road near Rock Prairie Elementary School.

Police said the child was riding a bike northbound on the eastbound sidewalk attempting to cross westbound across Victoria when they were struck by a vehicle that was turning right from Victoria onto Rock Prairie.

The child sustained minor injuries in the crash.

An investigation is underway.
