Seguin, Texas (October 2, 2019) – A man was struck and killed by a Union Pacific train Tuesday night in Seguin, according to a local news source.
The accident happened just before 10:00 p.m. on October 1, at the intersection of N. Austin Street and New Braunfels Street.
Police said Daniel Levario, 49, of Seguin, was attempting to cross the railroad tracks at an unimproved crossing when he was struck by the train.
Levario was pronounced dead at the scene.
