David McKeethan Jr. Killed in Pedestrian Crash on Highway 31 W in Tyler

David McKeethan Jr. ID’d as Man Killed in Tyler Pedestrian Accident on Highway 31 W

Tyler, Texas (September 7, 2023) – Police have identified the man who died after he was struck by a vehicle on Wednesday night in Tyler as David McKeethan Jr., 27 of Tyler.

The deadly crash happened at about 11:50 p.m. Wednesday, September 6 in the 4100 block of Highway 31 W.

According to police, McKeethan Jr. was hit by a vehicle on the roadway.

First responders arrived at the location and found McKeethan Jr. dead at the scene.

The driver involved stopped at the scene and cooperated with the police.

The crash remains under investigation.
