David Moser Fatal Two-Vehicle Crash on Fairway Crossing at FM 2100 in Harris County

David Moser ID’d as Man Killed in Harris County Car Crash on Fairway Crossing at FM 2100
Harris County, Texas (January 11, 2019) – The man who was killed Wednesday evening in a two-vehicle crash which left two children injured in northeast Harris County has been identified as David Moser,80, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
The fatal crash occurred at about 4:20 p.m. January 9, on Fairway Crossing at FM 2100.
Authorities said Moser was operating a Jeep Patriot westbound on Fairway Crossing, approaching FM 2100 when he stopped at a red light and made a left turn, crossing in front of a northbound Jeep Wrangler. The Wrangler then struck the Patriot.
According to the deputies, Wrangler had the right of way. The intersection only had the stop sign on Fairway Crossings. The cross traffic where the Wrangler was driving, had no stop sign.
Moser was declared dead at the scene. Two children in the Wrangler were taken to the hospital in unknown condition.
The Harris County Sheriff’s Office is conducting the investigation.
