68-Year-Old Dorothy Nash Killed in Lubbock Pedestrian Accident on East Slaton Highway

Lubbock, Texas (April 5, 2020) – A woman was killed in a pedestrian accident early Sunday morning in Lubbock, police said.

The deadly accident happened around 12:00 a.m. in the 4500 block of East Slaton Highway.

Police said 68-year-old Dorothy Nash was struck by an eastbound vehicle on the highway.

Nash was declared dead at the scene.

No further details regarding the crash were provided.

The Major Crash Unit is investigating the crash.
